Terms of Service

PopupForge provides tools to create, publish and analyse lead-capture modals. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and ensure that organisation members use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content, domains and integrations configured in your account.

Free, Pro and Agency plans have the limits displayed on the pricing page, including submissions, websites, members and AI generations. A website is an authorised domain recorded in your workspace; authorised subdomains may be covered by that domain. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

After a downgrade, websites or features above the new plan limit may stop serving or accepting submissions. You remain responsible for exporting data or adjusting configuration before the downgrade takes effect.

You may not use PopupForge for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or discriminatory activity; malware; credential theft; unsolicited messaging; prohibited sensitive data; infringement of third-party rights; or attempts to bypass quotas, security controls or authorised-domain restrictions.

You retain ownership of your content and lead data. You grant PopupForge the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that data to provide the service. You are the controller of personal data collected through your modals and must provide appropriate notices, consent mechanisms and lawful instructions. The Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms when applicable.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to output generated for others. You must review generated copy, design and configuration before publishing. PopupForge does not guarantee conversion performance or legal compliance of generated content.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and may suspend accounts that create security, legal or operational risk. You may stop using PopupForge at any time. Sections concerning payment, data, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination where appropriate.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PopupForge does not promise a particular number of leads, revenue increase or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, PopupForge's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid by you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
